This design features a graduated arrangement of traditional Japanese scale patterns. By varying the way the threads are combined within each scale, the surface catches and reflects light at different intensities. As the viewing angle changes, the scales subtly shimmer, appearing and receding across the fabric to create depth and movement within the pattern.
