Workflow
Custom Furniture Proposal Process
Step 01 | Initial Consultation
We begin by understanding your project requirements, reviewing drawings, dimensions, materials, and design objectives to prepare an initial proposal.
Step 02 | Proposal & Order
Within approximately two to three weeks, we provide a detailed quotation. Once the order is confirmed, we begin detailed engineering while refining schedules, specifications, and cost optimization.
Step 04 | Prototyping & Quality Assurance
Prototype furniture is produced to verify design, durability, and safety. For overseas production, our dedicated quality control team at our China Technical Center carefully monitors every stage of manufacturing.
Step 03 | Design Development & Engineering
Working closely with you, we finalize drawings and material selections. Samples are provided for review while we source the most suitable wood, metal, stone, and finishing materials from our trusted global network.
Step 05 | Production
Following prototype approval, full-scale production begins. Every product undergoes rigorous on-site inspections before shipment, ensuring consistent quality regardless of manufacturing location.
Step 06 | Delivery & Installation
Each project is delivered with detailed logistics planning for smooth installation. We also provide scheduled inspections, maintenance, and after-sales support throughout the warranty period.
